Please note that by browsing this website you (also referred to as ‘the customer’) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges, Delivery and Shipping Costs and other rules set out below that govern MO SAÏQUE’s relationship.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any products available through this website meet your specific requirements. Please note that the products on our website may be withdrawn or amended from time to time. Where information on our website contains inaccuracies or errors, expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of this website and any dispute or claim arising out of or connected to your use of the website will be subject to the laws of England and the relevant courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Terms of Sale
In order to make purchases through this site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details.
All customers must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card.
When registering and/or placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
A standard pre-authorisation check may be carried out on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction and your personal information may be used in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks with a credit reference or fraud prevention agency. Please note that this agency may keep a record of your details on file.
Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and may be rejected if they do not meet these criteria.
A confirmation email that the order has been received will be sent to you in the first instance. A binding contract between MO SAÏQUE and you will not be come into existence until receipt by you of confirmation e-mail that the goods, which you ordered, have been dispatched.
Pricing and applicable Charges, Taxes and Duties
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the site at the time of order will be honoured, except in cases of clear error.
All prices are quoted in Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside of the European Union (EU) and the Channel Islands.
Delivery charges will be displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Costs’. However, the final price is the Sterling price and customers using debit or credit cards that are not denominated in Sterling will be liable to pay the price as calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your debit and credit card company processes the transaction.
All deliveries outside the European Union may incur relevant import duties and taxes and will be invoiced separately through Parcelforce. These charges are determined by the authorities of your respective country, for which we have no influence on and will be your responsibility. Customers located outside of the European Union are solely responsible for any charges, import duties, or taxes that may arise with the purchase of the products from this website.
From time to time we offer discount codes to our customers; such codes may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this website.
Payment and Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure at all times and have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners and Maestro debit cards. Your account will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Our Payment Service Provider, Sage Pay (formerly Protx), provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS) to process your payments and uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure, such as MasterCard Secure Code® and Verified by VISA.
So when purchasing goods on our website, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

MO SAÏQUE makes no warranty that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error free, and will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
We have made every effort to display the colours of the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot warrant that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
