Delivery Information
MO SAÏQUE insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes onto you. We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Dispatch times may vary according to availability of stock and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. MO SAÏQUE is not responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays, force majeure or any delays caused by a destination’s custom clearance processes.
We want ensure that you can wear your shoes and accessories as quickly as possible, so we use UK Next Day Delivery and Global Priority delivery options.

We currently ship to over 200 countries worldwide, however due to factors outside of our control there are several destinations, which we cannot deliver to. Please refer to our country list to ascertain if we deliver to your country.
United Kingdom
Express 48: £8 – 2 working days
Express AM: £12 – Next working day (noon)
Europe
Euro Priority: £30 – 1 to 2 working days
Rest of the World
Global Priority: £55 – 1 to 4 working days
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and included to the final price at the checkout page when the delivery destination is selected. The final price of an item may vary depending on delivery destination and weight of an item. Please check the final price at the checkout page before completing payment. We offer free delivery on orders over £500 within the UK.
All deliveries outside the European Union may incur relevant import duties and taxes and will be invoiced separately through Parcelforce. These charges are determined by the authorities of your respective country, for which we have no influence on and will be your responsibility.
